See before and after pictures of Halder USA's newly renovated facility in New Berlin, WI. This design/build project consisted of completely rebuilding the front facade with new aluminum storefront windows and Nichiha siding. On the interior, the existing warehouse mezzanine was removed and new finishes were applied to freshen up the space. The offices were completely remodeled from their 1960's decor, to reflect an upscale design, while updating to current codes. Designed and rebuilt to take advantage of the exterior views by removal of walls and creating large open office. It also included new walls, LED lighting, maple doors, ceilings, flooring, as well as restroom finishes.
